Prices

At CPH:RIDE Horses ApS, all prices are in Danish kroner and are stated incl. VAT and taxes. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior consent. Reservations are made for sold out items.

Payment

CPH:RIDE Horses ApS accepts payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, MobilePay. Payment will only be debited from your account when the item is shipped. All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and incl. VAT. Reservations are made for price errors and sold out/discontinued items.

Delivery

CPH:RIDE Horses ApS strives to ship orders placed before 5 p.m. the same day, orders thereafter will be shipped the next business day.
We ship to all of Denmark. Shipping prices from DKK 35. Goods will be delivered to the delivery address specified when ordering.
We do not deliver abroad and not to the Faroe Islands and Greenland.
Your goods will be shipped with Post Nord or GLS.
NOTE: If there is no space at the delivery location, the package will be moved to the nearest delivery location, which you will be notified of. If problems arise, please contact customer service.
Goods are delivered every weekday. Your item will be delivered 1-3 business days after ordering.
Special delivery terms apply to certain items. The terms will be stated specifically prior to purchase of these items.

Right of complaint

A 2-year right of complaint is granted in accordance with the Danish Purchase Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing. You can have the item repaired, exchanged, the money returned or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation. The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product/service. You must complain within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect/fault. CPH:RIDE Horses ApS will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

Shipments by cash on delivery are not accepted.

Refund

If it is a refund, please include bank information in the form of account number and account number, so that the agreed amount can be transferred. This information can be provided without risk by email or other electronic form, as it is not sensitive information and will only be used for our fulfillment of the refund.

Right of withdrawal

A 14-day full right of return is given for goods purchased in our webshop.

The period is calculated from the day;
– When you receive the order.
– Receive the last item in physical possession, when it is an agreement for several different goods, ordered in one order, but delivered individually or in several installments.
– Receives the last lot or last part in physical possession, when it comes to an agreement for the delivery of goods consisting of several lots/parts.
– The first item in physical possession, when it comes to regular delivery of goods over a certain period.
You must bear the return costs yourself.
Cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 after the purchase and from the cancellation you must return the shipment no later than 14 days after. The notification must be given by email at cph.horseback@gmail.com. In the notification, you must clearly indicate that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. If you wish to return the goods to us, you must fill out the enclosed Return Form and send the goods to:

You cannot cancel by simply refusing to receive the goods without also giving clear notice of this.

Goods excluded from the right of withdrawal

The following types of goods are not subject to the right of withdrawal:
– Goods that are manufactured to the consumer’s specifications or have been given a clear personal touch.
– Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and where the seal has been broken after delivery.
– Goods that, due to their nature, are inextricably mixed with others upon delivery.
– Goods where the seal has been broken.
– Non-financial services provided, if the provision of the service has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal ends when the service has been fully provided.
– Delivery of digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, if the provision has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgement that he thereby loses his right of withdrawal.
– Newspapers, magazines or journals, with the exception of subscription agreements for such publications.
– Agreements concluded at public auction.
– Goods that deteriorate or become obsolete quickly.

Returns

You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have exercised your right of withdrawal. You must bear the direct costs in connection with the return. When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the goods are properly packaged. You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation. The dispatch will be faster if you also complete and enclose our Cancellation Form.
You bear the risk of the goods from the time of delivery of the goods until we have received them back.
We do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery.

Condition of the goods upon return
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods that is caused by handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and the way in which the goods function. In other words, you can try the item as if you were trying it in a physical store.

If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, it is considered used. Which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item at the time of receipt – of the return. To receive the full purchase amount back, you must try the item without actually using it.

Refund

If you cancel your purchase, you will of course get the amount you have paid to us back.
In the event of a decrease in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.
When exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest type of standard delivery that we offer), will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we have received notification of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. Repayment will be made using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods, unless you have previously provided documentation of having returned them.
